Michele Petrucci nasce nel 1973 nelle Marche dove vive. Ha pubblicato i fumetti Keires, Sali d'argento (Innocent Victim), Numeri (Magic Press), Metauro e Il brigante Grossi e la sua miserabile banda (Tunué). Ha scritto e disegnato racconti per il Corriere della sera, Il manifesto, Coconino Press e Black Velvet. Vincitore del premio Nuove Strade e del premio Attilio Micheluzzi, A caccia di rane è il suo primo fumetto per ragazzi.

Joe Lyward was born in Truro, in South-East England, in 1990. He studied illustration at Plymouth University and got a Masters Degreee in picture books Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art. Zosia Dzierżawska è nata nel 1983, a Varsavia. Dopo gli studi universitari in letteratura comparata, ha lavorato come insegnante e traduttrice, finché l’illustrazione non ha cambiato il corso della sua vita. Un pomeriggio di settembre, a Milano, si è iscritta al corso di illustrazione editoriale di MiMaster. Da allora non ha più cambiato idea e ha felicemente pubblicato fumetti e libri illustrati in Italia, Polonia e Gran Bretagna.

Chiara Armellini

Chiara Armellini

Chiara Armellini was born in Italy, near Verona, in 1985. She studied graphic design and illustration at ISIA (Higher Institute for Art Industries) in Urbino, Italy, and at Escola Massana in Barcelona, Spain.⁠
Her illustrations have been selected at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair in 2010 and 2012, and by other major illustration contests.⁠
In the last few years, she has been doing creative workshops for children in libraries, bookstores, museums, and schools.⁠
She lives and works in Paris.⁠

Alicia Baladan

Alicia Baladan

Alicia Baladan was born in 1969 in Uruguay where she lived until she was 11. After attending high school in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she moved to Italy and graduated at Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, Milan. Her work has been exhibited in international shows and animation film festivals. From 2008, she’s being focusing on illustration. Currently, she lives and works in Brescia. ⁠

Carll Cneut

Carll Cneut
Carll Cneut was born in 1969 in Roeselare (West-Flanders). He studied Graphic Design at the Saint-Lucas Institute in Ghent and began his working career in an advertising agency. In 1996, he illustrated his first poetry volume: Varkentjes van marsepein. Since then, Carll has illustrated more than twenty books, which have been translated into just as many foreign languages and have received several international prizes.
